★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get the $10 online deal of the day, however there's a $15 minimum purchase needed. So in other words there is no deal. With tax, delivery charge, and tip it will come to a total of around $20 anyways and they still refused to deliver. I called for an explanation but nobody speaks proper English, they then transferred me to there head office, and they hardly speak English eaither. If ur willing to go for a jog be my guest but they won't do the same for you. On top of all that the pizza is undercooked if u order online then walk in. Duck this over greasy establishment. They spray there pizza with Pam so it looks cooked. They shouldn't offer deals that they don't stand behind.

Order was 40 minutes late. When it was 20 minutes late I called asked what is going on. I was told the driver is being delayed, and it will take her 5 to 10 minutes. I asked the rep to cancel the order if 10 minutes pass. They didn't cancel it. I started making my own food. And now it arrives.
Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the pizza was ready, the guy making it was at the counter instead of cutting it and serving it for my take away order. This guy seemed to be distracted with his own personal business instead of serving the customer.
The pizza also turned out mediocre at best. Wouldn’t rate it more than 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time from this location; will never order from here. I always liked their pie(pizza hut)mostly as the crust for me was better then most. But this location served me something akin to cardboard with dried out toppings. Makes me hesitant to order from pizza hut again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service all around. Called to order for delivery with coupon but was flat out told it wouldn’t be honored. All these happened before I was hung up on 3 times. Disappointed beyond belief. Never thought Pizza Hut would go down to this level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location! I ordered online (stupidly) and for some reason they gave me boneless bites instead of wings. I can’t eat boneless bites. I called and after some discussion. Even after closing the manager came and personally delivered wings to make my order right. Very happy with the service and he went up and beyond the call of duty! Good people I really appreciate you making it right. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased from this location several times over the past year or two and the pizzas have always been made with "less" cheese but my most recent experience last week was terrible. I specifically ordered a Hawaiian which has double cheese to begin with but there were complete flat spots on the entire pizza with NO cheese. I wrote 3 feedback comments to pizzahut.ca. I also wrote to Pizza Hut Canada on facebook and there's been so response from the actual store or head office. Just terrible service. I will never be returning to this location.
