Best cupcakes in the city! All of their flavours are so good and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. I still haven’t tried one of the sammie’s but it’s been on my watch list for a long time, they look amazing!

Just recently announced my pregnancy using Short and Sweet’s cookiegram (as seen on Instagram), and it was a hit! So cute and such a delicious cookie. I also ordered some cupcakes and my family raved about how tasty and moist they were. Thank you for making my pregnancy announcement so special. Will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing, friendly and outstanding customer service are the hallmarks of the shop, and I encourage anyone who's in the Avenue Road area to drop by and give them a visit. While your diet will have you, your stomach will be singing you extra praises!

I went for the first time yesterday and honestly best cupcakes I had EVER! I love cupcakes so much and short and sweet makes a really yummy cupcake! I’m definitely coming back for more treats! And the staff was really nice too?

Wowowow are these cupcakes amazing! I bought a variety of flavours for a friends birthday and loved every single one. They are absolutely delicious. The staff were super helpful when I couldn’t decide which flavours to try. I will definitely be back to try them all!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I was at a friend's birthday recently and their cake was from Short & Sweet. It was great! I went there today to order 2 cakes for my own birthday, and some cupcakes for today. The list of items was clearly posted, but the prices were not. I asked the person behind the desk if they had a price list, her response was, "the prices are on the website". Now, sure, the prices may be on the website, but I was at the location and had a reasonable expectation that the people who work there would know how much their items cost. She then asked me "what are you looking for?" We said we were there to order a cake, but instead of telling us what cakes they made, she again referred me to the website. I continued to browse the posted item list when the employee told me "well the cakes aren't on the list, so check the website". At that point I left. I find it absurdly farcical that an employee would continuously tell me to refer to the website when I'm standing in the establishment ready to make a purchase. I also find it ridiculous that a retailer would not make it a priority to display the prices of the items they sell. I would say that that is a fairly reasonable expectation considering the nature of your business. Lastly, the tone of the employee was facetious at best, and quite frankly, they seemed like they wanted us out of the store because it was 15 minutes before close. Sure, you make a good product, but you will never have me as a customer, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent!! Got a cake from them for my nieces 4th birthday and she absolutely loved it. The sprinkles falling out of the cake made her day and everyone loved the taste as well. It was the perfect level of sweetness….usually I can’t stand cake icing because I find it too sweet but this cake was so good I ate everything. The ordering process was smooth and the customer service was fantastic. Worth every penny we spent. Make sure to grab the fountain candle as well. Highly recommend~ (PS: The cupcakes and cookies we grabbed for the drive home were delicious too!!)
