It's really difficult for me to summarize how much my wife and I loved working with Bob. If you want to skip the read: definitely would recommend. Bob is the most dependable and competent person at doing their job I've come across in the last 10 years. He's punctual. His response time for calls, emails, texts, etc is extremely short. He knows his stuff - I've not met any other realtors that knew so much about home construction/layouts, market information, surrounding area information, laws/bylaws, etc. He always did a ton of homework for every property which was super helpful - one property we were interested in had a salvage yard nearby that we wouldn't have known about other wise. He pointed out where a road could be built in the future that would have highly devalued one property. His automated searches are extremely precise and tailored for your every need and desire. He really takes the time to learn the customer's needs and works within those boundaries. In our case we were willing to take our time to find the right home and Bob NEVER pressured us to buy and wisely recommended we hold back in one or two scenarios. The end result was an extremely amazing home that checked all the boxes for our family, that we were able to find during the pandemic and an extreme shortage of housing available to buy...The trust I gained in Bob has it so that I fully trust his opinion and when it comes to real estate I would never want to deal with anyone else. He also had great recommendations for services and stores in the area as we were new. He also gave us an amazing house warming gift which blew us away. The trust I had with him made it so I was able to blindly have full confidence when signing documents, as well when he recommended a lawyer I had full trust so we hired her, and she ended up just as competent as Bob and my whole transaction was extremely stress free. A no stress transaction with no pressure and all the answers and all the information needed to make a good transaction.
