★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most awful experience with Amit as my financial advisor at BMO. He was very unhelpful and extremely condescending to my father and I as we applied for a loan. I have never been treated so poorly. I would never recommend him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this branch. Compared to my experience at other BMO branches in town, this one is the BEST. The branch manager along with all the other staff are extremely friendly and make me feel welcomed. I go there almost everyday and never leave without a smile on my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I've ever dealt with.when $120 monthly automatic payments MAGICKALLY turn to a $1757 without notice or discussion. Then to be told that they will correct the error from one end, to be told on the other end they can't and won't fix THEIR ERROR. I will be leaving this bank, and taking every family member with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to acknowledge and thank Rita of B of M Market mall for helping my elderly uncle change his DD with CRA to expedite his tax refund (he closed out the bank account the refund was directed to and opened another). Rita went beyond just listening , but did everything she could to make the necessary changes. My Uncle left his debit card at home, forgot his password but that didn't slow down Rita. What a wonderful person, who truly personifies Customer Service. All this was after the Branch Manger said they could not help us, but would show us what to do.
