★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service took so long that I got a parking ticket. Teller also mistyped my wire transfer TWICE and wasn't happy with ME for it. There are branches that are much better than this. Go to those instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have improved their customer service & now there is new signage if you are requiring investment help so you can bypass the tellers and long lineups.
But why does the customer service rep need to access your online bank account & see your private investments info just to make an appointment with an advisor. This seems very inappropriate. What about privacy?!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matthew was efficient, knowledgeable and delightful. From the other reviews, it seems like you’d be lucky to have him assist you :). Also no long lines at this location and I went right around lunch time, free 30 min parking in the back too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not sure why theres so many bad reviews . I love this bank haha. Everyone is always so nice. Sure wait time might be long but its expected everywhere. I never have any problems doing any transactions. They dont push you for promos either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, after using my card to sign in , putting in my pin, and showing my ID, pulling down my face mask. I was required by the teller to sign into my online banking app to prove I was me , all this for just an automatic withdrawal form. Which actually turned out to be a deposit form that she gave me not explaining that I could use it for withdrawal. I've been on the fence about the service offered by bmo since covid, no phone service except for the general which had a two hour wait to connect and it's blamed on covid . You can't hire more staff?
I've added two points to my initial review of this bank . Twice in a row I've been graciously served by a very enthusiastic young teller. Makes all the difference when people like their jobs. And do you know searching for banks there's none with a eating above 2 . So the devil you know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with the Mortgage Specialist, Pegah Hosseini. She is so caring and professional and met all our needs. It was very comfortable dealing with her as most of the paperwork done remotely. She obtained a good rate for us and listened and actioned all our request.
