The absolute worst branch to deal with for anything beyond the most basic of everyday banking needs. I went here for a mortgage. I cannot stress this enough: If you are in this branch for a mortgage, you need to RUN, not walk, but RUN, as fast as you can out of here. The 'mortgage specialist' who 'helped' me was named Kerry Alarco. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of sitting across the table from her, do yourself a favour and RUN! I had to dig and probe to find out even the most basic lending information. As a first-time homebuyer, I thought the bank would have someone knowledgeable to help guide me through the process. This could not be further from the truth. Kerry was the most unhelpful, unavailable person I have ever dealt with. Even the most basic lending topics, such as Pre-Payment Penalties, and the highly relevant and important differences between variable and fixed-rate mortgages were not explained. If we had had a more knowledgeable 'specialist', we would have gone for a variable rate, instead of the fixed rate. The extent of our 'guidance' was: "Fixed rate doesn't change, so it's better. Most people do that. You should do it too". Years later, when I decided to sell the house, I learned that mortgage penalties were a thing (this absolutely should have been explained to me, but it was not even mentioned), and also that they are typically much lower if you have a variable rate. The house I bought meant I moved across the country. As with any move, there is the risk of not liking the new location. As such, a variable interest rate would have made much more sense - the penalty for selling would have been $15k lower. Kerry made no attempt to understand our circumstances and help choose the best mortgage options for us. A fun anecdote before I sign off: As the closing date was approaching, the lawyers called me asking for help. They had been trying to get some documentation from the bank, with no luck. I called BMO, and discovered that our 'advisor' was on vacation for a week, without having said anything to us. This is an apt emblem of the complete lack of professionalism I experienced here. Because of this experience, and the complete apathy of BMO to find an alternate solution to the $21k mortgage penalty (they would not allow me to port the mortgage), I am closing all of my BMO accounts, including everyday banking, TFSAs, and investment portfolios with Nesbitt Burns. Good riddance.

I’m very happy with the services at this bank. The staffs are very courteous, attentive, and helpful. Representative Zahra is the Best at this branch. She always helps me over and beyond my expectations.

I and my husband had a great experience with Smita Arora. She is a good listener and is very patient. She gave us really good advices when we opened different accounts with BMO and helped us understand our mortgage conditions. She is also very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend her for your financial supports.

The worst banking ever. Staff does not know the right hand is doing from left over two hours waiting for help but had to go inside branch. With no help what so ever. openaccou

Branch manager Mr. Vipin Tayagi doesn’t know anything about customer service. He didn’t even offer to have a seat.I was standing up for at least 10 min. in his cabin.He was rude.

Very soon this branch, not the entire bank, will be acquired by State Bank of India. The reason for this deal is quite simple, the staff here were acquired from the same bank. So it makes sense that BMO sells this off to the right party. One word for this branch, Terrible. They don't care for anyone, new or old customer. Staff is rude. I will not go back to this branch even if it's the last one left open on this planet. If BMO even cares then all they need to do is look at the reviews here on Google to understand that it's all going downhill in this branch only and not so bad at others.
