We scheduled an appointment at 11am. We got out by 1150am. Everything was smooth and fast! We were able to open our bank accounts within 50 minutes thanks to Ranbir.

Joseph was very quick and efficient he helped us instantly and was able to assist in getting a new bank account setup and a debit card

Very bad service…. Manager Heena was so rude. She don’t have any customer handling skills. She encouraged me close account.Moreover, she not understands what is bank draft…it’s really bad for TD those kids of employees…she is so rude and disrespectful…

Worst branch ever visited. They dont want to work. The front receptionist always lie and send back the customer to either call back office or go to other branch when i visited other branch they said she should be able to assist and print what i asked . But she didn’t do it because they dont want to work

Hi, I opened my account in this TD branch somewhere in 2018. Due to some unavoidable financial reasons, my TD check in account went into negative balance. Before I could resolve that issue, I had to leave Canada for India in August 2019 due to some personal reasons. Presently I am in India and won't be back in Canada for a while. But I want to settle the long pending issue with my TD account. When I spoke with TD customer care an year back from India, they told me that I have to pay some money directly to the TD branch in Westwood mall as I still owe them some money. When I recently contacted TD Bank customer care, they are saying that my account has been closed, after they checked my details,and I don't owe them any money or to check from TD collections. I then called collections and gave them the details of my Access card but even they didn't have any details of money to be paid. I tried contacting your branch at Westwood mall in Malton several times in order to get an update on my account but no one is picking up my call. It's getting very frustrating now since I am not in Canada presently. I have even left several messages on the answering machine of your branch but no one has bothered to even contact me.

Non existent customer service. Came here to deposit a few checks. The customer service rep girl never greeted me, never said a word just slid the receipt at the end. At this point this branch should think about hiring robots instead of people with zero customer service skills.

Staff is very good, Lynx M Morgan provided superb customer service and activated my TD account. They talk very well and make customer comfortable. Although video appointment didn't go well with Neil Gidda but after visiting the branch, I felt good.
