★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for scotiabank customer care on the phone for over 40 minutes. Once I got through. Representative asked me for security questions. On the 4th question he hanged up the phone. It looked like he is just killing time at his job. And avoiding to help clients with their issues. Worst service.

The security guard here is really nice. She helped me alot. I just went there to get the appointment for my sister but she helped us and we get the appointment on the same day and got our job done really quick. I really appreciate her kindness and helpfull nature.
