He is currently educating us on how to prepare for a future home purchase by creating a planned timeline in order to reach the end goal a mortgage. Manpreet explains the importance of maintaining a low to no debt credit cards, and maintaining a good credit score. He is also provides different down payment percentages and approximate monthly mortgage payment scenarios. Manpreet continues to follow up to check if we are remaining on track building up the down payment to be in a great position to secure mortgage.
