★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on of the worst rbc u can go to .the staff are unprofessional not helpfull at all . expect one lady there she is a sweetheart her name is (Lisa) she is at the business desk very helpfull and kind lady god bless her cuz of her i go there because its really close to my work or els i wud never go there .there is guy helpfull aswell if i am not wrong he is from Sri Lanka. other are just sitting there and farting all day long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this RBC location multiple times. I filed a complaint few months back and been observing them regarding 2 of the bank tellers that needs to go through CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING which reflects the entire staff. No actions have been taken I guess. I will keep complaining until action will be taken. I have tried other RBC locations and by far this is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience!I went to this branch to withraw the money from the CRA.Before I went to this location I checked my account and it shows the CRA cheque is ready and already shows to my available balance.The lady from the teller ask me so many questions,like why do I use Telephone to deposit the cheque and she also told me that the cheque supposed to be hold for 1 to 5 business days.I told her that I'am not coming to this branch if the money is not available in my account and she make a scenario that Im making an argument with her.for my side its only black and white the CRA cheque that I deposit is approved and already shows to my available balance and I already pay my CC bill on that day and the funny thing the lady teller from this location hold my CRA cheque that shows negative to my available balance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with a teller called Shaday, and she was terribly mean. She was judgmental, unkind and just wouldn’t help me because I’m not an Ontario resident. It’s all Canada and I felt so discriminated against just because I’m from another province. I was literally in tears. My first experience at an RBC bank in person and it was terrible. The manager had some useful information which helped in the end but this teller needs to learn some kindness, customer service, and compassion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the branch during lunch break in April 2021. Branch was very quiet, and line moved very quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Customer parking is also offered and a nice outdoors patio to enjoy a cup of coffee.
