Under the leadership of Clare Staley, BBA, Branch Manager, they are all dedicated, professional, responsive, helpful, diligent, tactful, possess the utmost integrity, and have a demonstrable commitment to customer service and community engagement.
BMO staff at this branch are the most dedicated and collegial team of financial professionals that we have ever met. They have guided us with everyday banking, saving money, and investment advice.
They are extremely responsive to any of our inquiries, and we always feel very welcomed and special at the branch.
It is truly a pleasure to be customers at Bloor and Windermere. BMO staff here are exemplary for βbest in class" community banking.

β β β β β BMO bank is the only bank that often has "country wide system issues" which means all their computers freeze and stop working essentially shutting down the branch.. Maybe hire local and/or better IT specialists not outsourcing to foreign countries?
This was the case again yesterday. Not only that but their one ATM was vandilized/set on fire so all the plastic melted off making it difficult to insert a debit card.

β β β β β I have a business account at this brunch. I tried calling them to resolve an issue created by BMO themselves, but could not get a hold of anyone. Because of some health scare issues, the brunch is only open when I am at work so going there in person is not an option. All other banks in my neighbourhood still offer evening and Saturday services.
