Always great service. Staff are always friendly and personable. Bank Manager FC always provides my family with high quality service. I've always felt I have been treated fairly when negotiating my mortgages with Fred.

The Chinese bank teller with hair with shoulder length hair gave me the death stare every time I walked in and looked so unhappy with me. I started to wonder if she had beef with me. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable and nervous to be quite frank. She didn't even say hello or smile she stared me right in the eyes with her gross yellow/brown crooked teeth. She kept talking about her trip to Europe and she went to Prague and the Switzerland.I spent most of my time wondering what on earth did I ever do to her?? Don't need that kind of stress in my life. Someone please have a word with her and tell her to figure herself. Maybe this isn't the right job for her. If she is going through some troubling times in her personal life, I think it's best she goes on a leave. She is an endangered species. She screams at them and yells for no reason. She doesn't know how to do her job, she just stares at you and rolls her eyes. I don't even think she likes her job she's just there because she needs money because no one likes her.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at BMO. The staff is not there to help you. I tried multiple times to meet a finance consultant and today was the first time in a month where I was able to talk to someone even tho they made me wait 45 minutes for it to happen. Before hand, when no one was available, they gave me a phone number of a consultant which voicemail was full. I tried another number and it was impossible to reach the bank. They should work on that a little bit.

I met with an employee by the name of Desmond at this branch for an RESP withdrawal. I have never received such poor, distasteful, and incompetent service throughout my years of banking here. First and foremost, I had a meeting booked with him at 3:00PM and he definitely showed "punctuality" by being 20 minutes late. I brought him a proof of enrollment letter from my university to solidify the fact that the money I'm withdrawing will indeed be used to pay my tuition. Rather than looking at the letter I brought him, he blatantly claimed that its an "acceptance letter" and it runs against procedure to use that documentation for an RESP withdrawal. Now, I have been doing RESP withdrawals for 3 years now and I've always provided the same documentation. After telling him this fact, he claimed that his colleagues were unaware of the protocols for an RESP withdrawal. He even mentioned something about how the head office told him specifically that my piece of documentation was inefficient for a RESP withdrawal (I looked this up later and found his claim to be false). After I got home from this frustrating meeting, he gave me a call to apologize about how he screwed up and that my letter was sufficient for an RESP withdrawal. He wasted my time by being incompetent and self-righteous. During our meeting, he never bothered to look at the documentation that I provided him with, and furthermore, he didn't have to deposit the withdrawal into my account he could've explicitly transferred the funds to my university. To say I am dissatisfied is a complete understatement. I have never met a financial advisor like Desmond with such poor customer service.

Service here was quite unsatisfactory. Bank clerk that was assisting me was rude, came across as being smug and she also insulted my lawyer for whom I was gathering documents for that day. I spoke about it to the branch manager so hopefully something will be done about the attitude here. And making comments on my personal affairs is uncalled for. I wish 1 star wasn't the minimum rating because I don't rate BMO now at all. Too many negative experiences to merit even a one star rating.

Never had such bad service! i remember her name is Caroline( or Carolina) , financial advisor or manager, I asked her about details for one of funding plans that posted on the wall in the bank, she told me to check online, there are too many conditions, what?? If I check everything online, why the bank needs you to sit here? why does your bank post this on the wall if you want your customers to check online? Sigh...i hope other branch won’t do that,coz it totally piss your customers off and stupid.

Place really stinks and smells like a mix of overused hand sanitizer and body sweat. The staff are probably unaware of that unbearable smell because they are there all day, everyday and have gotten so used to it. But someone needs to tell them.
