★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not interested to bear responsibility. They try to avoid responsibility. I supposed to receive my cheque for the amount that my insurance company reimbursed, the amount was already deposited in their account before a week. They were telling me it takes them 15-21 days to give the cheque. Then I called my friend who is working in another branch. Afterwards they gave me the cheque next day.
