L	Laurent Pestre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever !!! I went there on Friday 20/04 night. I had to ring 5 times before the clerk agreed to get out of his back room. Walk very slowly before getting to the counter to open the door. Greeted him as I do in every store, not a single respond. Then I tried to buy a pack of cigarette but he refuse my 50 dollars bill because he didn’t had enough change. I went there the day before and this time it was the the TPE who was not working. This was my store where I used to stop after work, but it won’t come back ever !

At 3 a.m. Steevens has cleaned the store spotless, coffee machine is ready for new sales and the vibes are so Zen, just how i need and love it. Being an old guy, working security we love a clean safe atmosphere at all times during the night, like my own night shift work. Steevens makes me feel like i am still at home, looking for something to eat and he is so helpful with suggestions...i usually pick up more than i came in for... Thank you Couche-Tard for Steevens working the night shift. p.s. The few times i do go in during the day, & evening i cringe because the vibes are so unsettling i just pick up some smokes and run out. Like the other comments here, please pay attention and fix it.

Thats the kind of service that brings customers - She explained all the combos available and gave suggestions, always with a smile on the face. The shop is relatively big and they have a good selection on beer. Prices were on point. Ate two hot dogs and free refill soda for four bucks, not bad. They also have a couple of tables with chairs - Nothing fancy , but considering that these places mostly dont have furniture... Pretty nice!!!

This happened today at 4:50 pm today march 28th the prices are always misleading and do not respect the law of opc unless you get into an argument with them explaining the way it works in retail! Once more very unhappy of the service i got today.
Y	Yves Millette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier at this store used to sell weed. They also sold beer under the minimum price mandated by law which was great. Two king cans a day allows you to survive 4 years of excruciatingly slow classes at the school nearby.
E	ED LOPEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was changed at around April 2019, before everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean working and stocked. It only has gotten worse during the last month's, coffee machine always broken unmantained, pastries always old or not stocked, flies all around wich only speaks about poor cleaning. The staff seems uninformed and clueless at the best of times, the rest is rude and seem to be doing you a favor to even charge you for what you are getting. Live close by so its convenient for me but I avoid it if possible. Will update if these gets taken care of.
D	Dub Werx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are like one or maybe two staff that are decent in this store - the others are rude, couldn’t care less if you were a paying customer or trash on the street. HORRIBLE customer service and the store looks dirty all of the time - so happy a new dépanneur opened on Ottawa Street - they are warm and friendly, unlike this place! I now no longer have to go to this store.
