★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to get ahold of this branch via phonecall is next to impossible, I have tried contacting two branch managers, as well as leaving three voicemails. When they do call back they hang-up as soon as it rings, I'm not joking it has happened twice now. Literally playing phone tag with them, super unprofessional.

Their voicemail service was very pleasant and after only a few prompts was talking to a human.
Walked into the branch and got an appointment with a financial advisor in an hour.
Talked to Amy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Setup everything for me and gave me an hour of her time, never felt rushed.
