Always slow Slow Slow Slow extremely Slow . Every time I am here. Slowest bank. It's unfortunate that this is the one I work near. I would go somewhere else. Have more staff on shift. Disappointed the tellers do not pay attention to customers wanting to be served the only talk to co workers instead of acknowledging customers wanting to be served i will not be coming back to your branch thank goodness i have a closer branch with much better service and staff / team members Goodbye Lonsdale branch Hello Mountainview branch

I joined BMO as a new customer a week ago and have been extremely satisfied and happy with their service. One of the account managers name is Michael, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and have the genuine interest in his customers which I really appreciate. My experience with this BMO branch has been very pleasant. Thank you to all personnel and management team. Great Customer Service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff in the branch is fantastic! They're always ready to help you and make your banking experience easier. It's important to understand that a lot of things aren't within their power, but they go out of their way to help you.

I booked a meeting with a consultant - due to covid they made the meeting via phone only. During the call we figured that we need to sign a couple of things and should better go to a branch and ask a teller to help us. So we went to the branch (Saturday) and got send away, since they donโ€™t have the โ€œauthorizedโ€ personell on staff today. We are asked to book an appointment during the week. When I go to the website, no appointments are available - and I assume it would be turned to an call again anyways. BMO: fix your customer service. People have jobs during the week and cannot go to the branch between 8 and 4. But on weekends you donโ€™t have the staff in the branches - when are you expecting your customers to do the things that require in-person appointments?

This branch is the BEST one I've ever been to for customer service excellence! The folk here really do care about helping their customers and going the extra mile for us. Twice now I have gone to them with what could be considered arbitrary or annoying requests, and the tellers and manager went out of their way finding creative solutions for my problems! I am so impressed!
