Simply the worst service provider as boat repair shop in Vancouver!!! Had a service request on April 13, 2021. Charged 50% of the estimated fee within a week and cannot even confirm the estimate appointment time to visit my boat. Never proactively contact me since the payment went through. I had to phone/email every two-three weeks to follow up a possible appointment time. Yes, my issue is not urgent and also yes, I totally understand this is the time of the year that all the boat repair shops get busy... I actually never expect my request to be put on a priority list but if you still have people can charge the deposit/payment within few days, you should also be able to provide a time frame and try you best to stick to what you say...

Craig and his team have been great with my Cobalt. From painting, battery upgrades and engine maintenance. I also like how Kathy from accounting takes care of my account. Very Professional

Bluewater has been over the top . I can’t say enough about Andy and the team . From the stereo to the batteries , water maker GPS electronics auto start on a generator and when We were ready to leave on a trip and had thruster issues they were there to get it fixed in record time so we could leave on time . Bluewater has been reliable and trustworthy !!! Thank you

I offered to write this review. Over the last 4 years Bluewater has installed a complete B&G chart plotter instrument system, replaced the lower rudder bearing, built up the fibreglass rudder sleeve, replaced a galvanic isolator, replaced the Saildrive oil seal and twice renewed the anti fouling bottom paint. All have been performed competently. The standout item that made their service exceptional was the electronic installation. An error in the system interfered with navigation to a way point. Andy Macdonald’s perseverance with this issue led to resolution. This perseverance and the respect he received from the top B&G technician in North America were outstanding. For this I am indebted.

Great group to deal with. The feedback is excellent at all levels. The work that’s done is done right the first time and after sale support is top notch. Any quotes are specific and well understood.. I enjoy the relationship and would highly recommend their services.

Their techs are good but their scheduling seems terrible. Paid a deposit for work and have been given no timeline to when they'll get around to it. They called and said I could take my boat to another one of their locations I asked for details about access and they said they would get back to me and still haven't. Even after signing the work approval agreement I had to email them weeks later to confirm they received it. I would say if you want a hassle free experience not to choose this company. I understand when you get busy but a little transparency and communication is always appreciated.
