★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company really doesn't take care of their customers. If you are unfortunate enough to own a piece of their equipment and ever need parts for it, better to go to a third party. Price will be same or better with 3rd party, but Blue Giant will also slap on an extra 25% restocking fee if you need to return any extra unused parts.

The 2 trainers Gerard and Trevor made the course ,added real like experience. They created a very good environment makeing everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend the training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who fix our docks and doors had a difficult time getting a response from the parts department at Blue Giant about a small shock we desperately needed to get a dock plate functioning properly.....however when I called the parts department at BG I spoke to a young guy called "Jaden" he was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my plight and thankfully he was able to help me...............i've no idea who Jaden is but he restored my belief that employees really do care. Well done Jaden!
