★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They waited 6 hours to resend a failed clearance and as such my paperwork that was sent to them at 11 am didn’t get cleared until 3 am the next day. Would give zero stars to this company if the option was available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the process of clearing. PARS is extremely slow once I contacted Them I found 2 extraordinary Nice and Professional People ,who resolved The Isuse in an efficient and timely manner!
I want to Thank in this way those 2 People for their Professional and prompt response to resolve the issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what happened to this company, used them for many shipments 6 years - but this is the last time! Recently the service and attitude has made this company untenable, I have a past due invoice for a shipment I have still not recieved (?!?!) and they will no longer allow me to pay in Canadian dollars as I have in the past. I have no way to pay them in US dollars, the people in accounting are just RUDE!
