★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb quality speakers. However, bad customer experience so far with obtaining replacement badges for my Atom v2 speakers. I was asked to pay $23 for shipping two small badges in the mail, which I reluctantly agreed to (even though they are small and only cost $3 a piece). They arrived but one was broken. Support was contacted but my request to have this resolved has been ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1 star because the speakers sound good, other than that the customer services is just reading a script. I bought 4 speakers two show up and I let them know and they pretty much say thats on you we sent them. They sent these expensive speakers out without getting a signature and allowing the company to leave them. I've had items that cost a 1/4 of this and need signature. luckily the other 2 speakers showed up with other packages because the emails that they were sending pretty much said you're on your own. I can't even imagine how they are if the speakers need warranty.
Don't let them tell you they went away with signature because of covid the ups driver will check ID and sign the tablet themselves after verifying if the state is still restricted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Prestige 55C center channel, very near the end of warranty, in for repair.
Turned out the problem was physical damage I'd accidentally caused.
Josh worked at a no charge solution, even after I agreed to pay for the driver replacement.
Done in only two days.
It's rare to find service like this.
Never needed service on Paradigm or Anthem gear. Nice to know they'll go above and beyond when I do.
