S	S P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new hydropool customer and honestly I would not recommend these guys. The follow up service is nonexistent, they never answer their phone, regardless of what extension you pick. With the delivery of my unit I was supposed to have a personalized visit to help set up the water properly….called for weeks with no response (this is not Covid related ). I am currently going to a competitor for my water testing and chemicals, had no choice. They had a bonus program if a current customer recommended them, which we used from a friend, problem is they never offered the bonus to the person who referred us. The spa itself is ok, there are definitely a few rattles with the pump which are annoying, i would ask the sales team about it if they ever picked up the phone, but I’m not holding my breath.

I felt helpless and angry that I couldn't get any support for this product. Finally, I was put in contact with Jordan, the Factory Showroom Manager. He was very responsive and cared enough to follow up after each service call to make sure the issues were taken care of. I wish he was the manager a year ago when all of the issues started, but am happy to have his help now. Even more happy that I can enjoy my spa once again!

We just got great customer support. The Manager Jordan Hall did a fantastic job from start to finish, making great recommendations and answering all questions. Jordan and his team were very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us finding the perfect swim spa. Laudeniro

We did research and decided on a Hydropool Swimspa that was craned over our house onto the back deck. The purchase experience was a breeze and maintenance and upkeep over the last 8 years has been easy. The pool looks as good now as when it was installed and we have enjoyed using it. On opening it a day ago I discovered that some parts had just simply worn out and needed to be replaced. I called Hydropool and spoke with Moses who was extremely helpful as there have been many model changes over the years, and he was not sure if he had the exact part (a diverter valve for the fountain). I drove out to the Hydropool Showroom/Factory and unfortunately the one part was slightly different. lo and behold he searched through the stock and found a similar part that looked slightly different, but would fit. He was extremely helpful and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. Hopefully I will not need to replace any parts for the next 8 years and we will continue to enjoy our 14 foot Hydropool Swimspa,
D	David Riabov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recommended Hydropool to others and they are not experiencing the issues we are. Our anti-slip mats have all deteriorated after 1.5 seasons. The spa is professionally serviced. We are now wafting and for these as the spa sits useless. On top of it we will have to pay for replacement. We are not impressed with the product at all.
