★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly available to all fitness levels. As I was intimidated at first but the team is very understanding (I'm as out of shape as can be). They push you to be your best but also encourage you and understand your limits.
Internationally renowned instructors, fantasting community, great resources and excellent insight into the historical and practical aspects of each weapon and form.
I always feel good after each session and have never regretted it. I drive 45 minutes each way twice a week and love it. 5/5

The best part about it is the sense of family and community among the students and instructors. Everyone is made to feel welcome and is included in the group right away. They also have strong female representation among their instructors and students. They are absolutely worth checking out, and you'll get your first intro class for free.
