K	Kevin Schwantje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner and I came to an agreement to sell my used car to them. We filled out both their corporate form, and the ICBC form. I was told to call them before heading up there for the final delivery/sale, so they would have my cheque ready. Owner reneged on the agreed-upon deal, offered me 50% of what we agreed on, or he didn't want the car at all. Now he has my ID, signature on two forms, and refuses to talk. I've wasted multiple days of time on this now, used time off work to do this. Save your time, save your breath. Owner is dishonest and misleading, and should take a serious look at how he conducts business.

Little did we know the incompetence of the owner...5 days later we still didn't have the truck. The owner is a liar and definitely does not have your best interest in mind. Ended up having to ask for a refund, leaving us totally hooped and he still got to keep $500 of our money. Thanks for absolutely nothing Autolinx.

I ended up buying a Mitsubishi Outlander sport from him last April and it's been an amazing car. It's gotten me to some amazing places around the rocky mountains and has yet to give me any issues, and I took it to some very rough roads! If you're looking for a good second hand car I'd recommend checking out what he has in stock!

Sent a message to view a car and never got a response. 3 days later on a weekday, still with no response i decided to go check the car out anyways. Upon arrival the car wasn't on the lot as one of the workers had taken the car on a personal trip to whistler. I shall not be returning.

B	Bella Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mini cooper in Nov 2021 and noticed that there was head gasket problem in Jan 2022 (after driven only 1,200 km). My mechanic said the issue would not happen just in 2 months. I also sent my car to Mini Richmond for Diagnostic and the service agent said the same thing to me. I requested a partial refund but with no feedback. I felt like a scam and super disappointed and sad. Please don't be the victim again! I will file a complaint to VSA!
