We were surprised by all the detailed paper work required for this sale. Blaine was an expert on wading through all the details and answering all the questions, some of which we thought were unusual. He was patient and worked through several offers to purchase. He also worked well with the successful buyer’s agent right through the completion of the sale. Always encouraged us through the entire process. Very positive guy. I know he sells many high-priced properties but seems to provide the same level of service to every property he represents.
