★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local record shop. Selection is very well curated, with a good mix of staple favourites, and interesting curiosities for the more esoteric collector. Staff are all knowledgeable, and their recommendations have yet to steer me wrong. All my special orders have gone off without a hitch, and on the one occasion I needed to return a defective record, there were no issues at all. Clean, well lit, and comfortable to browse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop makes the most of its modest footprint by stocking a great selection of newer artist and some must have classics. The used section is tiny, but still worth a sift though. Better prices than the city's other high-street record stores, expect to save a toonie on your average subpop lp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best record shop in Calgary, hands down. The store is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the selection of music is the best. I also appreciate that they will order in vinyl if they don’t have it. Blackbird Myoozik is my go-to for vinyl shopping in Calgary.

The guys here will take care of you, they're always looking out. If you're looking for something specific, just ask them. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! Support your local record stores!

I'm not necessarily taking shots at the competition, but this store & its staff just make you feel like you want to come back again and again. A record store that cares about their customers is the best kind of record store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem! Paid my first visit, and it is now hands down my favorite record store in town for NEW records. There IS a small section of used stuff, but it's not the place to go if you want to go digging through second-hand stuff. (I enjoy that myself, and have other favorite shops for crate digging.)
Prices are excellent. Selection is fantastic. Service is terrific. (They seemed to be out of something I was hoping to find, but the staff checked their web store where it was still available. All I had to do was order it online. I can pick it up at the shop in a few days.)
All in all, highly, highly recommended.
