★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in to buy Phillips Dino Blackberry Sour & didn't see it on the shelf. I asked a woman who worked there if she might have some hiding elsewhere.
She informed Dino was a hot ticket and they were sold out.
She saw me struggling to find a new beer and came over to my rescue! She suggested a number of amazing sours with personal recommendations! Honestly, one of the best guest service experiences I've ever had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe there is amazing with his depth of scotch knowledge. We had a few people with significant birthdays that we needed something special. Joe was able to provide some awesome and unique suggestions at all different price points. Highly recommend. They have a great selection of scotches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to train your staff to stop interrogating customers with accents that where are they from instead of thanking them for purchasing your above average priced items and wish them a good day.
Half of Canadians have an accent and it’s Highly depreciated to see American copycats allowing themselves to ask people about their personal’s.

I really appreciate the security at the door being that this area has become somewhat more dangerous in the last few years. So glad to have parking, it’s really hard to park in that area. Great selection of products, competitive prices, friendly staff. Don’t have anything bad to say about these guys. Modest but excellent selection of gluten free products (beer)
