★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were interested in planning a private party, and I was directed to contact Crowfoot's downtown location to order a couple of beer kegs.
I dealt with Kiefer, who was extremely helpful and polite. There were some issues with getting the right adapter for European kegs vs. North American kegs, and he went the extra mile to make sure the right adapter is available.
I also needed the keg to be cooled before I picked it up, and they offered to refrigerate it the night before so it would be cold on the day of the party.
I would highly recommend getting a beer keg through them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is wonderful and very helpful at this location, however 90% of people that walk in there don’t wear masks, it’s fair to say some are less of a risk then others but so many homeless people enter this location with 0 care and nothing is done about it. It’s unfortunate and as a chain liquor store they shouldn’t be so okay putting their entire staff and other customers as risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service can be a hit and miss depending on the staff working at the time.
Some are condescending and rude to their customers who may be having a good time on a Friday/Saturday night with their friends (not causing any trouble to the store).
I would say, 'Disappointed' would be an appropriate word to describe my experience. Considering Crowfoot Wine & Spirits put customer service as one of their company values.
However, I would recommend visiting their Signature Crowfoot location. Which is quite amazing with their alcohol selections and the staff there are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly.
