★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been burning wood for the past 40 years and have had many different chimmney cleaners over the years so was not expecting any thing different from Blackjack chimmney. We we're blowen away by the through service nothing like we ever experienced before!
pipes tooken apart and cleaned top to bottom even the glass on the door cleaned and the go beyond service to get his gas blower and blow out the walkway!

After thinking I had an appointment in December, I got a message that the appointment was cancelled without having been notified prior whether I still wanted it. With some back and forth communication via email my appointment was rescheduled.The communication failed there between us, I recommend calling!
In any case, the service itself was top notch. Very friendly and thorough service with an explanation of things too (which I love) and a reasonable price to boot. Our pellet stove has been working great!

The owner, John West is a 5th generation Cowichan Valley resident...He is as LOCAL as you can get... A bit of Welsh and a touch of First Nations heritage as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came on time, 2 people, genuinely nice guys. Got right at it, did a fantastic ,quick ,and thorough job . They take checks, debit, credit, and e transfer. I am totally shocked at how cheap they were! They should have charged me double the price!
Great to see honest people working their own company!
