8 calls in 6 days ... including several after 8:00 p.m. ... from tele operators who read their texts. Bad experience and very annoyed by the repeated calls.

Lorsque jâai demandĂ© Ă lâagent pourquoi ils appellent avec un numĂ©ro masquĂ©, il me rĂ©pond de façon arrogante quâil ne sait pas pourquoi et que câest comme ça!!! Je mâexcuse, ça ne se fait pas dâappeler comme ça les gens avec un numĂ©ro masquĂ©. Votre obligation #1 en tant qu'entreprise en tĂ©lĂ©communications/sondages est dâagir avec transparence, surout quand vous dĂ©tenez des informations sur les gens que vous appelez. La moindre des choses est de s'annoncer avec votre numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone officiel au lieu de le dissimuler lors des appels.
Flagrant lack of professionalism and ethics of a survey company. Calls are made from a hidden number and after 8 p.m. and on Sundays. When I asked the agent why they call with a hidden number, he answers me in an arrogant way that he does not know why and that's how it is!!! I'm sorry, it's not okay to call people like that with a hidden number. Your #1 obligation as a telecommunications/survey company is to act with transparency, especially when you have information about the people you call. The least you can do is announce yourself with your official phone number instead of concealing it during calls.

â â â â â I had an extremely horrible experience working with this company. In just my second day doing outbound calls on the floor, one of their supervisors (a college student from all indications) called me aside, gave me a negative grade for the quality of my call and almost got me fired.
The reason? I unintentionally skipped a survey question during my call. I didnât do it intentionally- I was still trying to get used to their systems and didnât even realize it. She made me sign the document and then asked me to accompany her back to the floor...where she handed the printed document with the failing grade to the manager on the floor.
I was so shocked and in pain as well. I have a rich, professional and administrative career of 15 years and took this job as a survival stepping stone as a new immigrant. Never in my professional life have I received even a query letter or faced a disciplinary committee and it was so ironic that it was at a call center with very unstable working hours that I almost got fired and received a verbal warning in front of everyone thanks to the supposed supervisor in question.
The pay is just a dollar above minimum wage ($13 an hour), the work and hours are unstable and uncertain and there is a lot of micro managing thanks to some so-called supervisors who go a bit too far than is necessary. If you cherish your dignity, want stability for yourself and your family and are mature in age and work experience, stay out of this place. Itâs not worth it.
