Prices are beyond reasonable and competitive, no stingy prices like the bigger companies, so it really helps creating art to be more affordable. They carry a variety of products for all levels of artists and the employees have always been very sweet and helpful. Love this store and I will only ever buy my supplies from Bijan's!

My wife and I are always looking for papers, pens, paints, brushes, etc. We have been to Michaels, Curry's, Dollarama, and other local shops. This shop was one of the best that we found. It's a pity that we found it after living in London for 4 years! Their prices are comparable with Michaels and in many cases much lower (for example, Sakura micron pens are my wife's favourites, and Michaels has them for 5.49 CAD while Bijan's has them for 3.25 CAD) Bijan is also an artist and paints himself and can help you with your art supply needs.
P	Penelope Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff in a store filled with enough art goods to please everyone. A step back-in-time feeling with narrow aisles packed full of treasures - reminiscent of and old books store but with modern touches. A delight to visit.

He was arrogant and when asked for advice he was rude and condescending, suggesting that maybe a big box store was more appropriate. The pictures of "thieves" right at the front door is off-putting. The prices are a bit higher but despite that I was trying to support a local business. Maybe he should go and tend to the inventory in the back and leave the front of the store to his friendly knowledgeable staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and Bijan himself made sure that I was happy with my ultimate purchase. While I wasn't looking for art supplies that day, I felt like anyone who was would be treated like a kid in a candy store with the dizzying plethora of items available.
