★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had a better review of this place. The staff are nice and competent, but it really isn't a "day spa" as the name suggests. There are no amenities to enjoy or to justify the added cost over a more clinical massage setting. The "sauna" is very, very small and not a true sauna. Not even a glass of water was offered before or after my massage, and when I asked for one, they said they didn't have any! The change room was very dark and, again, offered little more than a shower and someone else's leftover shampoo and body wash. I don't want to be too harsh - the place is fine, but disappointing for someone expecting a nice, relaxing afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the staff were kind, professional, and efficient this is not the setting of a modern day spa. It's outdated. Three of us had pedicures in a private room (so that was nice) - no real sinks but basins /deep bowls were used. Chairs were very basic, no massage option. The poor staff were completely hunched over while working. The gel colours were lacking. The paraffin wax was nice. Both gel colours and wax were an upcharge so the total for one pedicure was $105 before taxes or tip! IMO this is quite overpriced especially given the setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I were given a gift certificate and the staff were so accommodating and lovely. The gentleman who took my call arranged staff so I could enjoy a pedicure and my daughter a manicure at the same time.
The aestheticians were both wonderful - we will definitely be back!
