C	Crystal Mercredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed! We arrived just before Easter weekend and our room had an Easter basket with chocolate eggs for the kids, and thoughtful extras. Super clean throughout the hotel, great pool area.

I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger with the poutine fries, my picky eater girls enjoyed their grilled cheese and also enjoyed some chicken nuggets. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. What more can you ask for?

They even had a goody bag for him! Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ample, with a welcoming hostess. This visit was not my first. I will most definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, a great pool (very warm!), and did we mention the service has been excellent? Our thanks to Orion who had gone above and beyond for us. And definitely eat at the Summit Grill restaurant here, you won't be disappointed. Update: Stayed a second night on our trip back, and again, the service was excellent. Our thanks to Hunter for again keeping the customer service top notch. Have I mentioned the included breakfasts? They are pretty amazing. Generous portions, really excellent, a great way to start your day. Our daughters are calling The Best Western in Valemount the best hotel they have ever stayed at.
L	Lora Maygard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orion checked my partner and I and our dog in! He is GREAT!!!! We spent some time chatting with him later in the evening after we came in from our walk. He came out from behind the desk with cookies (Milk Bones) and a ball for our pup and gave her some attention. He is very professional and friendly - a nice change from some other places we’ve stayed. This morning when we checked out, I dealt with Hunter and he was GREAT as well!!! Professional and friendly definitely go a long way! The room was nice and the location was convenient for us for parking and for taking our dog out when she needed to go. Having a Pitbull X sometimes doesn’t make it easy when booking a room, but this hotel does not discriminate against canine breeds and it was a relief as our dog loves everyone and isn’t at all vicious or aggressive. We will stay here again when in the area! Many thanks to Orion and Hunter! 3 Thumbs up for both of you!

We had no rearranging to do, and could just find our beds and sleep right away. Two days later we realized we had forgotten 3 items at the room. The staff was so hospitable when I called to see if the items had been recovered. They had been. Best Western mailed them home to us at no expense and perfectly laundered!

Very friendly staff, tons of parking, and the breakfast included with the stay is much better than most, even the coffee was awesome. They even have a free machine in the lobby. Finally the pool and hot tub is great, well maintained, clean, zero complaints. I've stayed in many hotels that cost 3-4x of this place that can't get these things right now. I will be back.

I liked the option of advance check-in so when you arrive you basically pick up your keys and go. Beautiful fireplace in the lounge. While it was not offering bar service at this time it would be a nice atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
