Place was not busy, received next to no service on a Saturday dinner outing..The food was greasy, flavourless, and honestly not worth the stop. Pretty sure the Shepard’s pie had boxed mashed potatoes, and so greasy.. not sure why this place has a decent rating as it was not good. Nice napkins though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quit going there mostly due to very slow service, sit and wait too long after being seated to even order a drink let alone get one and once ordered it still take awhile. Food is reasonable but the service needs vast improvements. Tip to the waitresses, once someone is seated get them a beverage and take their order ASAP, once that is done waiting is easier.

Rude female server, very very slow service. I was standing with a group of others waiting to be attended to for a very long time while staff kept walking past us and looking at us from a distance. They aren’t full, there are many empty tables but that was their excuse. They don’t answer the phone so don’t even bother trying to call for take out, you’ll have to go in to order and stand around until they feel like helping you. $60 for two weird, bland pastas (there were raw French fries in the pasta?) and some cheese bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all… I ordered food and went to go pick it up when they said it should be ready and they totally forgot about making my order. I have no idea how it takes 45 minutes to make 2 Caesar salads and 1 order of wings. The pork belly Caesar salad is usually with crumbled pork belly on top. This is not what I received. Mine came with 2 of the cheapest pieces of bacon strips you could buy. Their quality control needs to try harder.

Next night we ordered from the room and our daughter ordered 10 minutes after us and waited a extra 50 minutes for the order. Kinda of a poor weird selection on the menu. Next time we stay at the best western we will order out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a shepherds pie style dish that is absolutely delicious! They have some awesome cocktails and a very cool looking old fashioned. I also have food allergies and they catered to them which I always appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so surprised to see such a gourmet menu. Pork belly?! Yes please! Great options on the menu, I had a very tough time deciding. Service was excellent. The dill sweet fries are a must tho. So nice to have a good restaurant connected to our hotel, normally hotel restaurants are average but Summit Grill is definitely a gem.
