★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing quality bedding, drapes and comfort. Awesome, modern bathroom with high end fixtures. Building looks older from outside, but inside there is perfect comfort. Excellent prices. 5 star experience in budget hotel. Slept very well. Nice staff assisted to ensure guest has everything they seek. Awesome is this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When climbing into bed noticed there was short black hairs in the bed, the room smelt horribly and WiFi was poor. Ensuite needed a really good clean. Beds are comfy, bedding is a weird material. Honestly was very close to walking over to the hotel across the road. Staff are very friendly and nice tho, can tell they work very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge shout out to this place. They opened their laundry facilities to truckers during the pandemic, plus can rent a room for a shower, without prebooking. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this motel for at least 8 years,each time I am on my way to edmonton , I always book a pet friendly one as I have a small dog. I booked a particular room and was told that not to worry this room would be reserved for me..when we got there my reserved room was given to somebody else and the room they gave me was absolutely disgusting. It had a carpet in it that was so filthy I wouldn’t take off my shoes and it stunk so bad of cigarettes although was supposed to be nonsmoking..we will never stay there again. We will be coming through again at Christmas time and will be looking for a different motel…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great budget hotel. The staff was super friendly. Very accommodating. Definitely a great value for what you're getting. The room was clean and the bathrooms were recently renovated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Valemount, either just passing through or for a longer visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power was out. No heat. No extra blankets. No key to get in room. No internet access. Only had running water and cost was $161. NOT WORTH THE STAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were extremely friendly. The room I was in was very small. The price of the room was reasonable. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The restaurant, like other facilities in Valemont, are short staffed. Regardless, I was impressed with the hostess/waitress (Lacey) and the cook. Both committed to providing the best experience for their customers. Negatives: not sure why they don't section off the restaurant so the waitress doesn't have to run all over the place which slows down things, the hot tub was not open and the ice machine had no ice and later when checked, a sign saying out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people that run and own it, they are willing to work with you on monthly pricing. It’s clean, updated, and comfy beds. I will stay here anytime I come back to Valemount. Thanks for the great months guys. Hope to see you all again.
