★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous location! However the room was not up to par for such a high rate. Breakfast was ok, lots of variety but the hash browns were really disgusting. Very loud if in a lower suite, can hear every step of person above. Room had a Keurig with plastic pods with terrible coffee, and not very eco friendly. Brought my own coffee but there was nothing to make it in. Tea towel wouldn't absorb a drop of water, and someone had made instant noodles in the kettle. The rug and couch smelled really bad which could be because pet friendly room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite an expensive place to stay but if you ever what to treat yourself this might be the place. You are on a sheltered bay on the west coast of Vancouver Island, so the surf may not be as wild as you want, especially if you are a seasoned. surfer. But it is great for walks on the beach and incredible winds on the windy days. They serve a very nice breakfast with a great view. No place to eat dinner and the local restaurants were closed. But we still had a wonderful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was great! Fantastic rooms, amazing breakfast, and so so close to whatever else you'd like to go near! We came for storm watching, and had fantastic weather (no storms) but beautiful beach walks every day. Would absolutely stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, our room was extremely clean and updated. The staff is very kind and friendly. Shut out to Ally, hoping I am spelling it correctly. We extended our stay 3 times and ended up staying almost a week... still here and wish we could stay much longer, lovely breakfast. Amazing amazing staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was pretty good with the exception of a booking extension mix-up. The room was available, then not available and due to that they nearly charged a late check-out fee of $150 after verbally saying I could stay in that room. It seemed really strange and I decided to switch hotels because of it. Otherwise, my suite was cozy, quiet, and we'll located. There is a lot of foot traffic passing all rooms so if you are looking for a more private experience try somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grounds are beautiful, with views of the beach at every angle. The staff is lovely, so helpful, especially the maintenance team! Its pet friendly, and they even provided dog bowls, towels and treats. The breakfast that is provided in the morning is a great variety of quality food to get your day started. Such a great place and can't wait to stay again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience at this hotel and I would 100% recommend it. Great location on the beach, our room was on the second floor beside the gym and hot tub. The balcony view was amazing. The hot tub was hot, cleaned daily, there was lots of clean towels and there was always room to hangout. The staff was all very nice, the entire resort was very clean and well kept, reception had firewood for a campfire on the beach and the included hot breakfast was awesome! Tip: Rent bikes from Swell next door and eat outside at Lil' Ronnie's BBQ one night and have a campfire on the beach after, there's tons of firepits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, friendly service and nice to have a roomy breakfast facility overlooking the ocean. We were welcomed and got to our clean and spacious room quickly. Reception staff were great and the Young man had a trainee tag on so don't remember his name. Thanks again for the stay. Walk the beach here its amazing. Great sand and rocky shore to explore.
