★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently stayed for one night, our room was next to the elevator, the rooms must be very well sound proofed because we never heard a sound all night. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed for nine nights: February 17-26. I paid $1,245.92 base and an additional $247.50 for a pet fee. I told the hotel I was bringing our three-month old puppy. The hotel charged me an additional $20 upon check out because my puppy peed on a sheet which we rinsed and left in the tub. What was the $247.50 for? And really? We come to St. Albert for at least one week a month. Poor business decision - then don’t allow puppies. Also, on our last night (Feb 25), we were woken in the middle of the night by a fist fight happening outside our door. Not like I had a chance to convey this concern - no one asked me how my stay was when I was checking out. Won’t stay again.

The breakfast is better than most hotel continental breakfasts.
The rooms are clean and bigger than standard. Many room configurations to suit your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service right from booking to check out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and they were able to provide ingredient lists for allergies. Nice pool and hot tub. Room was clean, modern, spacious, perfectly made up, and the bed was ssooo comfy. Would highly recommend. Thank you for an awesome stay.
