Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn & Suites

I stayed here multiple times over the past year for personal medical reasons. Die to my health I was unable to find an apt with no stairs and couldn't live where I lived with stairs. Housing list is very long. It was here I stayed thru dr appts etc. It was here the front desk staff made me feel like I mattered. It was here in my hotel room I felt like I had a home.. even called it my apt sometimes. That was not a small thing to me. It was huge. Thank you, thank you thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart.

We had a great experience. We booked a room with two double beds because that's all that was available on the website. We were asked if we wanted a complimentary room upgrade to a king suite because of booking reasons. It was a really nice room and very clean. I 100% recommend this hotel for your stay. Staff were very friendly as well. The toiletries also smelled very nice.

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Road noise can be a little much at times if facing the highway, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet is decent as well, but avoid the coffee.

I recently stayed at this hotel overnight with a colleague because of an early start for business the next morning. Check in process was fairly straightforward. They didn't have our reservation through Booking.com but they booked us another room without issue, the ladies at the front desk were very nice. They let us know about the breakfast but we said we wouldn't be able to have it since we were leaving before 6:00AM. They were lovely and let us know to see them when we left and they could provide us with a continental breakfast in a bag! The room was nice, it had a living area with TV, desk and couch. The bathroom set up wasn't convenient for two people, the sink is outside of the toilet and shower room so using it in the middle of the night isn't great...have to turn on the light and run the tap risking your room mate waking up from the noise! I love that they have a BLACK makeup towel, but wished they would provide two for double rooms! This location is right beside a Boston Pizza which is both a positive and a negative. The positive is you can grab a bite to eat without leaving the parking lot, the negative being the patio was open (with TV's on) and it was pretty loud! I personally had a terrible nights sleep, I didn't find the pillows to be comfortable and had a really hard time settling in. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order and we even had a bar area to use (with wine glasses in the cupboard!). As promised, the staff at the front desk provided us breakfast as we walked out the door which included a yogurt, apple, granola bar, banana muffin and juice! The hotel also has 24/7 coffee in the lobby. I would stay here again in future for business because all in all it wasn't a bad location!

The room was nice. There were very little amenities offered (they have cable TV and like a few functional channels) but that is easy to get over. The problem was Suzan. Suzans attitude was absolutely horrible. She did not make eye contact with us once during her dronelike responses to questions we asked. Her mood really put a damper on the tail end of one of the best nights of my life. I will never return, and Suzan is almost entirely to blame.

Some day The Best Western Hotel in Orangeville will hopefully have some competition in Orangeville area. Guests trying to book for accommodation for a wedding in the area this fall we’re told mandatory 2 nights booking at ridiculous rates. . A greedy hotel with terrible customer service.. I

Cost way to much for what it is. I needed 2 rooms for 1 night. They have a 2 night requirment so it was over $1000 just to sleep in a bed for 1 night. I didn't need breakfast or the pool or room service, just a place to sleep. I will never use or recommend Best Western.

Front desk staff argued with me and double charged my card at check in. Room was small, but clean. Breakfast was good in the morning. Small gym and pool were available. Hot tub was out of order.
