★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I might as well tell them to hold the lettuce whenever ordering from here. Every time this is the case at this BP location. Also the bacon tastes better if you cook it!
On top of it I get food costs are up, and some portion sizes might change, but does it really cost that much more to actually make sure the Thai bites have Thai sauce on them. We ordered 2 servings & there was enough sauce for 1 of the orders. For the $92.00 spent on the total order it was definitely not worth it.
The 2 * is because one meal was enjoyed by my son his burger meal was good, after we took of the lettuce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came to Boston Pizza with my friends and the service was absolutely incredible! Our server, Julia, went above and beyond when it came to customer service. She was extremely accommodating and the overall experience was great. Would definitely eat here again!

Service is decent.
The 8” cauliflower Hawaiian pizza with added chicken was really good with my blue cheese dipping sauce.
Michelob Ultra was cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last week with my family celebrating my mom birthday out of town. An wonderful experience with them, from getting our table to bill. Even though we forgot to tell them my mom's birthday til the end they were about to go above and beyond and pack the dessert for my mom to eat in the car since we had to rush and go. They were so kind to us. Highly recommend people to try this location out! ? Excellent customer service!
P.s Hope the baby boy be as wonderful and strong like his Mother!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baked Bacon Penne was tasty and was piping hot when it was brought to the table... almost too hot as I burnt the roof of my mouth. Lol
My initial greeting was friendly and polite.
Service was okay but more attention needs to be made to handling items. When I asked for a straw, it was placed directly on the table after being handled by the waitress with her bare hands.
Other than that, the restaurant was clean and quiet for lunch.
