H	Henry Hathaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually stay here when I need a room in Belleville After today I will be staying somewhere else First when I checked in around 4 pm I was greeted by a very miserable women at the front desk The room didn't look like it had had a good cleaning in a while And to top it off when I got up in the morning to have a shower there was no hot water in the room,I said something about it to the front desk went I checked out and was told sorry it must be a water problem They neaver offered me any discount or anything For $140 you would think that they would do something from the hot water not working in the room

P	Pawz 4Fun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to the old Oldsmobile saying, I can honestly say, "this ain't your Dad'ss Best Western..." While access to the location is not ideal (you'll miss both the drive entrances if you blink), the overall experience at this BW's new version will impress. Currently going through a multi-floor renovation, their vacancy is somewhat limited temporarily. However, the upgraded rooms, amenities, and HUGE picture windows will not disappoint. The customary BW hot breakfast is well-managed and doesn't disappoint. A pleasant surprise was the new offering for this category of hotel - an evening bar & liquor service! Even further, the same bubbly, cheerful, and beaming associate that checks you in, mixes and serves up a killer martini. Amazing to see that level of service with a smile... This recommendation of an overnight accommodation came at the referral of my boss, who stays consistently here when in Belleville. Now I know why - dislocation has definitely put the BEST in Best Western.
J	Jacqueline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location & price. Also included a nice breakfast assortment. Negative: They are pet friendly but we booked a non-pet room. They placed a party group with a dog in the attached room beside us. The dog was better behaved then the people in making noise. Front desk said the room was not pet friendly but they ran out of rooms.
a	amey simkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second stay as loved it the first time.Arrived for March break and got settled, room wasn't as clean as our first visit, go to pool and hot tub is closed. No big deal. Kids get in pool and it's like ice. Inquired why we weren't told and was I formed it literally just happened. Don't think it would be that cold if so. Then got a notice under the door that the water was being shut off at 9am. Checked out as this was suppose to be a vacation for March break. Then a run around with the refund which involved have8ng to get my bank on the phone but eventually was refunded. First stay was amazing, this one not so much.

The staff was lovely and the team member setting up breakfast, Autumn, was so pleasant and even took the time to offer some assitance in accomodating our dietary restrictions. The breakfast offers a wide selection of hot and cold foods and beverages so it made travelling with two young children much easier.

The rooms were not cleaned very well. But the lobby and the complimentary breakfast area was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful.
