★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were not the cleanest. When I took my daughter down to swim there was tons of floating stuff in the pool. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever! Would never stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked the free breakfast, it was great. The room was pretty clean and internet was not too shabby. The shower mat already attached to the tub was suspicious but I don't ask questions I don't want the answers to. The baggage trolly was a bit squeaky so some WD40 would do the trick. There's a fitness room (albeit small), as well as a pool (didn't bother, saw no hot tub) Staff was friendly and polite, and would help with all my requests. Although don't try to use the "front desk" button on the phone. It doesn't work. At all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived late for a business trip, the black out shades did not block out the beaming light coming in the room. Toilet is constantly running. Did not get a restful sleep. Side note that parking lot in the winter should be plowed it was terrible to drive through and park as well as walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds and pilows where better than the carlton in saskatoon haha. Staff was awsome and friwndly room was very clean. Pool was great but could be couple degrees warmer. Frozen kids for aure. Lol breaky was ?? we will be back for sure. And for those that need they take debit or cash deposit for the security 200.00 per room and returned in morning after check out. No cc needed ! Rooms reasonably priced and can book with airmiles a day in advance !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nothing was best Negative: Morning front desk lady wasn¿t helpful at all. I reached early and i just know they had rooms available but she kept me sitting until 3 pm. They don¿t care if the customer is tired after long drive. Not a very good experience overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were comfortable the room service was good. We had to wait one night for the security to clear out the elevator some old drunk guy wouldn't leave. People outside a bit unsavory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing that we have experienced on this and other stays is that the internet connection is not very good. This trip I had to connect using my phone. Otherwise, the room and bed is very comfortable. I appreciate having dishes, cutlery and paper towels-we use these quite often on our stays. The staff is very pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful-would highly recommend this hotel in Prince Albert,SK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly owner and staff members always are welcoming and accommodate needs. Great location right off the main highway, relatively secure and safe location. I can personally say I stay here routinely on business, and the staff have always treated me good. Rooms are kept clean, parking is free, wifi signal is strong, breakfast consists of a variety of hot foods and healthy options. I am a diamond elite member of IHG and I would highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Prince Albert. Keep up the great work guys! :)
