Had a great time here. Hotel has been recently renovated and the kids loved the water slide! Front desk staff was awesome too!

Checked in late, got a room that was occupied by someone else. Lucky didn't go to room right away. Awkward ? other then that it was a good stay. ?

i am still waiting for the managers email to reply for being banned for nothing as i had proof of the damage already being there, 2 years ago now lol . We were there for one night, in and out of the hospital with my husband, all we did was go sleep after the hospital discharge. so than we got blamed for a broken wall, :( it isnt fair to blame when your workers didnt check on the room with previous person that stayed there. My kids enjoyed the pool but i let them down due to the workers. but oh wells it was their loss

One if the worst places to rent. Front desk was extremely rude cause im native some older east Indian guy needs to know its not okay to be racist, also this place will judge you upon entry docent matter if you don't do drugs they will stilll judge you, seen the pest control come a lot, I know for a fact there is mice in the place and security will call you a dirty native who drinks also if you call some Caucasian white lady will ban you if you have a certain tone with her but she can act rude over the phone? do not rent from this pest fuelled racist place

This place is the filthiest hotel I've ever been to my whole life! Almost as if no one mops or vacuums, the front staff does not make the experience any better. Whoever overlooks how their staff cleans the rooms should immediately look for another job. The corners in the bathroom have caked on dirt in them and broken door knobs and broken doors in their rooms, we've had to ask for a different room upon arrival for a room that was not even much better. So gross.

I booked a room with this hotel, while it was under construction for renovations a few years ago, and I was given a room that had all kinds of disrepair on the rug, including big cigarette burns, run down bedroom furniture, and the mattresses had cigarette burns, pee stains, and other stains that I can't even begin to describe. I was utterly shocked and extremely disgusted at the condition the room was in. I had just flown in from Alberta to spend the weekend with my daughter, who had driven 3 hours from her northern home, before I had to fly back to work on Monday. I was appalled by the fact that I was given a disgusting room for the full price of a regular nice, comfortable room. I had to call the manager, but was told that he was off for the weekend and the assistant manager was sent to the room to inspect the condition of it. All she stated was that the hotel was being renovated and she apologized for the mix up. I demanded a full refund. There was no way I was going to give them my business after that terrible experience. I felt totally insulted that the hotel clerk would even give me that room when he should've been informed by the hotel manager which rooms were in disrepair. So, basically the manager was at total fault here. If he had any professional

Rooms were updated and nice. The hotel a little dated but still presentable. When me and the misses got into the room we noticed right away there was junk on the floor by the fridge and someone else's hair. The rest the room was clean. But what really shocked us is that it was mandatory to have two pieces of valid ID that had to be photocopied to be able to stay at the hotel. Not only that no other visitors were allowed unless they were registered and provided the same. And we stay at lots of hotels for work and fun and never seen this practice.

In general the hotel is clean and everyone at the front desk was great. Pool was nice and kids liked the slide but the hot tub needs to be cleaned or maintained better. Should not be that much white bubbles on the surface and the chemicals were burning peoples eyes. The bathroom in our room was very dirty on the floor and needed someone to get down and scrub it. Lots of dust and dirt in all the corners.
