★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't hate this place but bought 2 handbags and asked the clerk if I change my mind on one of the handbags can I return one..She said yes so I left the store walked around and decided I would not use one of the handbags, I went back into the store told the clerk I had changed my mind and she replied that she could not take the bag because Bentleys was not accepting any returns because of the covid..I was not told that when I purchased them..I am stuck with the purse til they decide when they will accept them back..I am not very happy I never left the mall just walked into a clothing store looked around and then went back to Bentleys..Won't shop there again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bany The manager has no customer service experience in this location. she is very rude and she don't know how to deal with customers, I had very very bad experience from her and she was yelling today on my daughter because of the mask and she makes her scared and crying with her way of talking.
