Good sales happening that day too, so I left with a couple of bargains I was grateful for.

They stretch but dont lose their shape, they are a good price, and last for years. For a single mom, $20-30 is a lot to be spending on her jeans !!
Always a great deal and something for everyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A store that actually stocks enough common sizes! I'm not sure if it's the pandemic but it's extremely difficult to find shirts / sweaters in large. I considered Urban Planet a store for youth / younger adults but I looked at their site and was happy to find they also have more conservative and plain designs that won't make a 40 year old guy look like he's trying to relive his teenage glory. They had virtually all styles and colors in all sizes which is super rare lately! I highly recommend giving them a look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable prices! I bought a black dress that I love. However I have trouble finding clothes that fit me here. I normally wear a M at other stores and sometimes even a S.
I find the L sizes here are usually too small for me and there is no XL. I am definitely not a L or an XL, I have a very small figure. I feel this store is more geared towards teens rather than young adults.

I loved it..it was an amazing day for me but today i saw something extra ordinary the staff was experiencing some technical issues with there payment system so there were some annoyed customers, however there Indian manager.. i believe his name was davenoo something , anyways he handed the situation like a pro. Being from a retail background i understand how hard it is to handle a situation like this when u have engry customers and trying to fix the problem at the same time but his team and him apologized to the customers for their inconvenience and kept us informed about the situation timely so that they won't loose sales because of these issues. He resolved the issue came quickly to help and was really polite. Not only this while working under this pressure he managed to stop a shoplifter from stealing 6-7 items. I am scared after that and quickly wanted to leave but he calmed the situation professionally. Amazing communication skills.... I will definitely coming back. Whole staff was magnificent. Keep up with the good work⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping at the store yesterday, abd after waiting in it for over 20 minutes (when there weren't that many people in line) I show the cashier the coupon I recieved by email on my phone that morning, she says I cant use it, doesn't give me a reason why, just says I can't use it. Then she starts badgering y husband to sign up for their email list and he'll het 10% off, after he's told he repeatedly he doesn't want to, I ask her what's the point t of they won't honor the deals they send you? She just give me a dirty look and only talks to my husband from then on, while she keeps asking him to text the code tp the number. We had to ask her multiple times to just let us pay for our stuff and go... terrible experience, we wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a lot of variety which it great but it need to work on its cleanliness. All the dressing room mirrors are full of fingerprints and the floors are disgusting. The change rooms also dont have mirrors on the inside so you have to come out to look. For a teenage girl this is no ideal. Also they put clothes back without checking them and my niece tried on a dress with a large very visible stain. Overall not impressed with the Albert st location in regina. I felt gross when I left the store.
