β β β β β Amazing service from start to finish! Took my Flex in to have my side mirror replaced after a wildlife incident on the highway. My vehicle looked brand new afterwards. Washed and detailed the outside, and cleaned the inside too (vacuum, dash, cups, leather).

My vehicle was contacted by an animal and had to take to their collision centre. Again, very professional, polite and just overall easy to work with. β β β β β I had my windshield replaced on Monday. I asked for a detailing as well. They told me it would likely be late afternoon before the detailing could be finished, so I told them Iβd pick it up Tuesday. The detailing was not done. Even my new windshield wasnβt cleaned after being installed. The excuse that was given to me is that the request for detailing was in the computer but not written on the paper version of the file.

β β β β β Every person I interacted with was wonderful. The people at the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people I booked with and followed up with over the phone. They did an AMAZING job on the car. They cleaned finger prints on the headliner (left over from body work done else where 3 years ago). The letters on my floor mats are white, who knew?!? I am so happy with the communication, the result, the price, everything. Will bring car for spa day here again for sure!
