I do not drop one star reviews lightly. Today, I asked for a milkshake with half of one flavour and half of another flavour. I was not asking for additional ice cream. I was asking to experiment with flavours, the entire point of a shop like this one. The guy at the counter tried to argue that he couldn't mix flavours for a milkshake. I had already paid for it, and he hadn't started making it yet. I asked for my money back, and only then did he agree to make the milkshake. If I wanted to put milk and a single flavour of store bought ice cream into a blender at home, it would have costed me far less to do. The purpose of an ice cream shoppe is to allow for experimental freedom, which is no longer a thing under the new ownership.

It was a very safe but delicious choice. It wasn't too rich, just right. Next time we'll try an ice cream or bbt. BTW, very clean and organized establishment.

Paid $15 for ice cream and then wanted a water for $1. Gave them my card and the guy pointed to a sign that says minimum $2 for credit. I just paid $15 five minutes prior. Stay away from this dirty hole.

Was told at the checkout that I could not order the crepes because of high customer volume which was a huge disappointment. Fresh fruit Mango smoothie barely tasted like mango, tasted more like straight up ice. Even when it melted down, just tasted like mildly favoured water. I’m sure it is fresh fruit, but defin not a lot of it…Not worth $5.99. Would not come here again.
