β β β β β Order from Uber many times, the drinks just spill all over and only half cup left. It happens many times. We understand that accident can happen and we ignored so many time. We checked the lid that was not sealed very well with the big opening hole. Please use tape to seal the hole before giving out the online order. ?β?

β β β β β The better bubble tea to have more tea options to choose from. There are a lot of ben gong tea around town. There was bogo using uber eats so you wanna get it before its too late. Recommended as always love bubble tea. Cheers! Enjoy the buy one get one bubble tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β The service was poor, the girls were more interested in chatting with eachother than taking the orders. I asked for sugar pearls (extra charge), she forgot them and when I told her she put about a table spoon of regular pearls in. The top of the caramel cheese tea was supposed to be caramelized and she barely turned the sugar brown. The drink was lack luster in flavour and was more like drinking a cup of 2%milk, it also separated almost immediately. For the almost $11 for a small it was not worth the money what so ever. The little place at the corner of 17th had much better prices and the drinks looked amazing. Talking to the customers outside they were very happy and had all been going there for years. Next time I'm going there. Skip this place it's not worth it at all.
Note: There are nuts in this drink which is not listed. I'm lucky I don't have a bad nut allergy but ingredients should be listed.

β β β β β Ordered thru Ubereats. super disappointed with the flavor.. so blend. I chose full sugar for 2, and 75% for the other 2. How come all of them are so unsweetened? These were the worst bubble tea ever. It should not be even called as a bubble tea.

β β β β β Fair pricing and tastes good! - Good portion of tea cubes & balanced favour of milk and tea.
Surprised to see a lot of 1 star/negative comments, mostly about their pricing and customer service. I never ordered the $10 ones but my co workers and I are regular for their tea cubes BBTs which are only for $5 ish (menu can be confusing but it includes tea cubes already). Canβt speak for the quality of the $10 ones but weβre very happy with the basic BBTs at Ben Gongβs.
I found lots of local BBT too sweet and often have to order at 25-50% sugar, I like my BBT at Ben Gongβs 75% sugar, which is very close to home (Asia) BBTβs sweetness. I hope others can give this place a second chance!

β β β β β Today, I went there for the first time & I loved their customer service. I have had brown sugar bubble tea from so may places but never had one like this one. It was perfect in all ways. I loved it. This is my go to place from now onwards. I would definitely recommend this place for original bubble teaβ€οΈ

β β β β β Relatively busy location. Ordered their ζ₯ζηι². Would recommended to get it with the full sweetness so the pomelos bitterness doesn't overpower the drink. They didn't skimp on the pomelo, mango slush and sago justifying the almost $8 price. This would be a good occasional drink
