B	Becca Hislop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment online for a regular set of acrylic nails (came to $60) and Jenny took care of me. She was very meticulous and did a great job shaping and painting my nails! It took 2hr 10mins but I would go back. It seemed as though your best bet to get an appointment is by calling or dropping in though, as one other woman came for an appointment and there was not adequate staff to service her at her appointment time, she had to come back 30mins later. They had 2 staff, one other client and myself at that time. I feel as though booking online is a bit of a gamble, so just beware of that. Otherwise it was a good experience! 2 clients (incl myself) asked our technicians to write their name on the punch-card business card when we left. Which is a good sign of client retention!

But seriously you have to have a standard!! Every time I came here I got my nails done pretty accurate quality but this time terrible job! The nails are not smooth, my left and right hand nails are not evenly, the gel isn’t cover my nails evenly and it is cover the tip of my skin. Terrible job. Disappointed!

She never made me feel rushed or like I was getting anything less than an amazing service. Each time I come here I am so impressed with the level of service and the quality. I am thrilled with her service and I feel very confident to recommend Adora to my friends. Also - can we talk about the huge selection of colours??? Wow!!

They charge extra for decoration...won't go back for refill and won't recommend it! Pictures talks by themselves...

The girl who was doing my hands hurt me a lot to the point that i was bleeding, she said it was normal but I don’t think you’re supposed to bleed, I was literally in pain. As you can see in the photo, she cut part of skin from almost every finger. I know she got upset because I could see she was not happy, (she was not gentle at all) when she “finished” she went to hide to the back and never came back. Not even good bye. I paid only because of the service but honestly, i paid $25 to end up without nail polish and with pain in my hands. Never coming back ? Be careful!

Kelly did a great job recently, but the last couple of times that I went I was pretty unhappy with the final result. My nail tech did not understand what shape I was asking for and was pretty rough on my nails. I ended up coming home and filing my own nails which is kind of pointless. While the final result lasted a long time without chipping, the whole experience was a bit disappointing. I would rather pay the same money and go elsewhere for a better experience. They also have a very limited selection of colours and aren't able to do nice designs like a see a lot of other places do. The other thing that bothered me was their loyalty program which was the one thing that kept me coming back. In the past I was able to redeem my "free service" for a shellac manicure, but recently they would only allow me to get a pedicure which I do not care for. Sadly I will not be coming back.
