★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhanu is very patient and will work very closely with you. Highly recommend him and Beltone. Quick side story: it was tough on my ego to get hearing aids in my 40s but after too many restaurant dinners having difficulty hearing others, it was time to get checked. Bhanu did the hearing test for free but uncovered what I already knew, that I had hearing loss and mostly in one ear. He helped me get my first hearing aids and was patient as I changed them 2 times to get the most comfortable and discreet pair possible. This made group dinners way better. If you are relatively young but you know that you are having issues, I would recommend to visit Bhanu and consider aids to maintain your hearing. What made me decide to go for it, is my own research that showed the brain can lose the ability to hear certain frequencies if too much time lapses. Plus I wanted to stop asking people to repeat themselves... too many times in a row.
