Best Apartment building in Canada

Management (until March 2021) was good, they tried to keep things in order, the problem is that many of the tenants behave like in kindergarten. Biggest issues: Smoking and constantly not following the rules (like quiet hours from 10pm to 7am). The biggest drawback is the noise: Very cheaply built with no soundproofing, almost every month people moving in and out and Jacklin Road is now a main artery of Langford with absolutely unbearable traffic. Don't move in if you work shifts or like it quiet!!! Also to mention: No storage at all and they are really picky about not putting anything in front of your car in the parkade (like a bike), which is ridiculous! On the bright side: In suite laundry, dishwasher, rent is at the lower end of the scale for Greater Victoria, water and parking for one car included (underground has usually a waiting list)! Power is approx. $40 a month.

Mr. Allan is a very helpful and efficient Property Maintenance Manager, always paying attention at every detail that tenants will need or asking for. We’re very pleased at Belmont Apartments.
R	Rocky Dudeon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past 4 or 5 months there has been a steady improvement in the complex. The new resident manager has really made living here an enjoyable experience. Any problems or concerns that are brought to her attention are quickly addressed in a friendly and professional manner. She makes sure that anything that we need to know about issues or problems in the complex are passed along in a timely manner to everyone. Since the new cleaner started a few months ago, the buildings and sidewalks have never looked better. With the continuing landscaping work going on, and especially with the wet winter weather lately, she keeps the buildings clean and tidy. Like the resident manager, she has always got a smile on her face and is very friendly to everyone. Finally, the building maintenance guy is one busy man. He is constantly on the go making sure the buildings and surrounding area looks the best they can. Any problems are quickly and professionally taken care of with a smile and friendly conversation. A huge shout out to all three of them making sure the sidewalks were clear of snow and ice during the big snowstorm we just had. I think we all really appreciated all of the long hours and hard work. Thanks again to all of you.
M	Mia deC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the amount of work the property manager has do do with so many people, I found Katrina to be an outstanding worker and Woodsmere is lucky to have her and her daughter and husband. I watched her treat clients with humility and respect and have seen her picking up garbage lying around as she rushes to meet other clients. She is responsive and kind and clear with instructions. She is also experienced, smart and knowledgeable.
D	Dylan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaply built buildings with no soundproofing whatsoever. I’ve lived here almost 3 years on two different floors and I’m ready to call it quits. No peace and quiet just constant crashing stomping and banging. Moving asap….if you work nights stay far away from this place. I’d recommend requiring tenants to cover atleast 75% of their floors with carpet to help with the noise these very cheap particle board walls produce.

I definitely appreciate the patience that has been shown During this time With my family difficulties. I have enjoyed living in Belmont properties And made some nice friends there. It has been a clean quiet and safe place for me and my pets.
