★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not Rent. There is a LOT of drug use in and around the building. kind of a hot spot for druggies. places are very small for the price you pay. They look nice inside but small. some rooms you can't have more then a single bed and that's it. I would look elsewhere if you need a place before picking this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few bumps and hiccups can be expected when living in a brand new building. As was the case when the bathroom in the apartment of my downstairs neighbour suddenly started flooding and the water was coming from my apartment. It wasn’t an easy fix but the landlord and his team at Centurian Properties bent over backwards to have it fixed properly and as conveniently as possible.

Being that I was new to the area, The Arc helped become a safe place that I could call home. The unit was very spacious and contained all amenities that I could ever ask for, at a fair price. The building community and property manager were very positive and helpful! Both move in and out process was smooth and if I could have stayed longer, I definitely would have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice building, quieter than I expected given the location right in the heart of town. The building manager is really friendly, helpful and gets things done quickly when you need them. I wouldn't say the units are any smaller than others you'd find around town that are as new, and I was happy to be the first person living in mine. Clean, relatively quiet and comfortable! I love that I can walk anywhere in Langford from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the first person to rent in this building on Day 01 over a year ago, and I’m happily still here with no intentions of leaving . What attracted me was the spacious units, A/C, fair market rental value, and close proximity to everything.
The “on-site” building Manager here is not only very kind and energetic, but very responsive , often quickly taking care of business on days off and after hours. Very clean, quiet, and a very safe place to live. I highly recommend this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic building, great location close to transit and many stores. The property managers are very communicative and friendly. The units are bright and quiet! I have amazing views of the Olympic mountains, and the air conditioning and in-suite laundry in a rental unit is a very nice feature. Lots of nice people around, usually people walking their dogs, great community. Langford has really turned around. I love this apartment!
To the people posting 1 star reviews. Compared to other areas this area is MUCH safer and the managers are great, nothing wrong with the building or the managers. They treat everyone so nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my husband moved in at the beginning of December, we have the smallest apartment in the building but it is more than enough room for the both of us! Very clean and quiet and everyone has been friendly. We love the bright space we get and our balcony is private enough that no one can see in but with the added bonus of a view of Olympic mountain and a very sweet community park being built in the area below us. Great area, walkable to the main shopping centre and also some lovely shops in goldstream village. We're so happy we chose to come here - we'll be here for years yet!
